Please contact our support if you can't find the answer here. If your InterWorx is broken fully (you can't get in at all) please enable the InterWorx remote access when we ask you to, otherwise you'll need to re-do it so you get 24 hours access for the guys:

/usr/local/interworx/bin/enable-support-access.sh
